If you want to monitor public pages on your Dashboard, you can use Search and Listen.
To get started, hover over the magnifying glass on the left side of the Dashboard. You’ll have options for Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram:
Click on “Page Search," and enter a Page name. The results will show Pages whose name matches your keyword search.
Select a page to add it to your column. Repeat this process to add other Pages, and click “Launch Search” on bottom. A stream loads with posts from the selected accounts.
You can filter posts by clicking the dropdown on the top right. For example, to view newest content first, select “latest.” To monitor top-performing posts, select one of the other options: Simple Engagement, Comments, Reactions, or Shares.
- User Search: Type in the Twitter account's handle you want to monitor, and hit enter. Click on the green "+" button to the right of the account you'd like to follow. You can view that account's latest tweets in chronological order.
- Keyword Search (including Advanced Search): The results will show users and tweets that match your keyword search. Twitter also has Advanced Search options - use the toggle to the right of the search bar.
NOTE: Twitter Lists are still available for each account within the “Add to Dashboard” section (“+”) on the left side.
Click on “Custom Search,” enter and select the account name, and hit “Launch Search.” The results will only display Business / Professional accounts whose handle EXACTLY matches your keyword search.
